How Pricing Works +
We calculate pricing based on the number of bedrooms and common areas to be reviewed, creating a structure that is easy to quote and easy to understand.
- Each bedroom assessed is charged at $100 + GST
- Each common area assessed is charged at $40 + GST
- Common areas may include kitchens, living rooms, bathrooms, laundries, hallways, and other shared spaces
- Larger or unusual multi-site reviews may still require a tailored quote
Pricing is exclusive of GST. Final pricing depends on the confirmed number of bedrooms and common areas included in the review.
