  • No. Our service focuses exclusively on shared/common areas — including kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, hallways, and common living spaces.
    We do not enter or clean tenant bedrooms, fridges, or personal storage areas unless specifically arranged and with tenant consent.

  • We recommend a weekly or fortnightly cleaning schedule depending on the number of tenants and overall property use.
    Weekly cleans are ideal for high-occupancy homes (6+ tenants), while fortnightly may be suitable for smaller, lower-traffic properties.

  • Each standard clean includes:

    • Wiping down and disinfecting kitchen benches, sinks and common area items such as dining tables 

    • Cleaning bathrooms, toilets, showers & floors

    • Mopping and vacuuming common areas

    • Spot-checking laundry areas

    • Reporting any visible maintenance issues

  • Yes — our team arrives with all necessary cleaning products, cloths, tools and vacuums. We use commercial-grade supplies suitable for shared accommodation environments.

  •  Yes. You’ll need to either:

    • Provide us with a pin code, lockbox, or key to access the property

    • Coordinate a time when a tenant or agent is present
      Our team works discreetly and respectfully to minimise disruption.

  • The safety of our staff is our top priority. If access is refused or there is any form of verbal or physical aggression, we will not proceed with the clean and you will be notified immediately.

    In such cases, we recommend following up through your property manager or agent.

  • Absolutely. Many of our cleaning clients self-manage or have agents who don’t offer specialised cleaning. We’re happy to work in with your current manager or liaise directly with you.

  • In most cases, yes — cleaning services for rental properties are typically considered a deductible expense. However, we recommend speaking with your accountant or tax adviser to confirm eligibility based on your individual situation.
