We’re looking forward to showing you through. To help make the process smooth, please review the key steps below before attending your inspection.

Prepare For Your Inspection
- Please arrive 5 minutes before your inspection time.
- Inspection windows are strictly 15 minutes only.
- Reminder messages will be sent via text and email with a confirmation link.
- If you cannot attend, please notify us as early as possible.
- Applicants who fail to attend a booked inspection without prior notice will be removed from future inspections with our agency across any of our properties.

During Your Inspection
- You will be shown the available room and shared common areas.
- We will explain how the registered rooming house operates.
- You can ask questions about the room, house rules and shared living expectations.
- Please note this is shared accommodation, not a serviced hotel.

Application
- Only applicants who attend the inspection will be sent the application form.
- Applications are generally reviewed the same day, so it is best to move quickly if the room suits you.
- You may be asked to provide ID, income details, references or other supporting information.
- Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or secure the room.

Lease Offer & Next Steps
- If approved, you will receive an offer by email.
- A deposit is required within 24 hours of the offer to secure the room.
- Bond is equal to 2 weeks’ rent.
- Rent is payable weekly or fortnightly. Other payment arrangements can be discussed if required.
Important: This property is a registered rooming house. Residents are expected to follow the house rules, keep shared areas clean, respect other residents, and meet their responsibilities under the rooming house agreement.
