locked out!

We understand that being locked out can be stressful - please remember that as a resident, you are responsible for keeping your keys safe at all times.

If you lose your key or cannot access your room outside of business hours, you are responsible to arrange and pay for a locksmith yourself if you need as a key was provided to you when you moved in.

Any costs associated with accessing your bedroom due to a lost key is your responsibility and will not be reimbursed by Jabel Property.

For after-hours support, we can provide you with the access code to the spare key.

However, by proceeding, you acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own keys.

  • Any locksmith fees remain your responsibility.

  • Using this service is at your own risk and for emergency access only.

  • Jabel Property is not liable for any damage or lost property by using the below service.

  • You understand that this is a free service & response times can vary.
